As head of Partnerships, Growth and Marketing, you will be responsible for the following:
- Definition of the company’s demand generation strategy
- Identification of ways to improve conversion, engagement, and retention metrics
- Demand generation and sales and revenue growth improvement by developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads in the sales pipelines
- Build comprehensive and relatable customer personas with journey maps, to encourage increased patronage and turnover.
- Have a proven track record of contributing about 25-30% to the sales pipeline with a focus on new customers, markets and niches
Job Description and Expectations
As head of Partnerships, Growth and Marketing in our
company, you will be required to:
- Plan
and implement diverse, integrated marketing initiatives to stimulate lead
flow and expand the sales funnel
- Craft
detailed customer profiles and their decision-making or buying journeys to
enable the organization to take advantage in assisting potential customers
- Generate
engaging and beneficial content to enhance brand recognition and encourage
customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty
- Execute
competitive test campaigns by exploring various methods, and pinpointing identified
strategies to enhance conversion
- Continuously
evaluate, and communicate accomplishments of campaigns to upper management
- Establish
communication guidelines and execute launch strategies for new products
and services
- Build
collaboration structures to enhance operational harmony with relevant
departments
- Build
and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics encompassing
overall business and tailored account-related marketing drives
- Manage
interactions with external promotional, public relations, and marketing
organizations
Non-Negotiable Requirements for Interested Candidates
- The
individual should be a Marketing Department Leader or a
corresponding position, with over 7 years of involvement in the field.
- The
individual should be located in the UK or the United States.
- The
candidate must have experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- A
track record of 7 -10 years in a dynamic environment, specializing in B2B
SaaS/enterprise marketing growth is a must
- Continued
tenure of more than 2 years in the current capacity is required.
- Experience
in a startup setting is desirable.
- The
candidate's curriculum vitae should reflect proficiency in enhancing lead
count and lead-to-sales conversion rate.
- A
proven history of developing a marketing-qualified lead pipeline exceeding
$10 million in value should be evident from the candidate's background.
Qualifications for Head of Partnership, Growth and Marketing Role
