Description of Requirements and Benefits of Our SSA Program
- The Reckitt Management Trainee program is a one-year Accelerated Leadership Training Program where participants would rotate across our different Strategic Business Units like the Commercial and Supply functions to build their Management skills and prowess as they advance in the Group
- Participants would have the opportunity to work on exciting business projects under the mentorship and guidance of world-class business leaders.
